St Wilfrid’s Academy primary students have been busy using Mathletics, to support learning in school and at home.
Last week, the students took part in the Mathletics November Numeracy Challenge, which is a fun and free online maths competition, contested by Mathletics schools from across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia!
At the end of the week, St Wilfrid’s students had earned an average of 7,139 points each: This roughly equates to each child answering a staggering 714 questions.
Out of those 674 schools entered into the competition, St Wilfrid’s came fourth!
Huge congratulations to all the students involved!
