East Garforth Primary Academy Celebrates Top Performance in National Assessments
East Garforth Primary Academy is thrilled to announce its exceptional performance in the latest national assessments, placing them 3rd out of 276 primary schools in Leeds and among the top 2% of primary schools nationwide in reading, writing, and mathematics.
The school received a congratulatory letter from Damian Hinds, the Minister for Schools, recognising their outstanding achievement. In the letter, Mr. Hinds commended the academy’s dedication, stating, “Your school’s results show that 91% of your pupils reached or exceeded the expected standard in reading, writing and mathematics at the end of Key Stage 2. This is a remarkable accomplishment.”
